Joanne DeGrace: Project Manager
With a diverse background in pharmaceutical,
retail, medical, association and government, Joanne (we call her Jo, and you can, too) brings more than a decade of design and management experience to the Thrillworks team.
Armed with a degree from McMaster University, and as a graduate from Sheridan College Interactive’s multi-media program, Jo possesses the rare combination of management and artistic abilities that make her a potent project manager. She has her rigid, organized (and sometimes scary) side that keeps everything (and everyone) on time and on budget. But she’s also warm and fuzzy, and loves to spend time in her studio crafting molten glass, and creating decorative orbs that she magically turns into jewellery.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys hanging out with her favourite boys (husband, son and dog), hiking, gardening, biking, dragon boating, and their newest thrill, kayaking Ontario’s Great Lakes.
