Thrillworks produced a seamless in-store to online customer experience through streamlined CMS authoring platform.
The Mobile Shop approached Thrillworks with an outdated website that didn't align with the in-store experience. At the same time, their in-store customers were experiencing exceptionally high wait times. We proposed a digital solution that would improve both the in-store and online experiences.
We transitioned them to a headless CMS, decoupled front and backends, and migrated to a more manageable technology stack. This enabled efficient management of frequent product updates and seamless integration with Loblaws' marketing tools and CRM. The Mobile Shop's e-commerce platform now operates without downtime, excels in SEO and page speed, and provides a seamless customer experience across in-store and online channels.
With a more robust digital infrastructure, the communication and e-commerce strategy needed to align to convert customers in-store and online. Customers could schedule in-store appointments online and we connected in-store kiosks to the website platform. We also designed cohesive creative elements that tie the experiences together.
