A bold roadmap to unify multiple glucose monitoring apps.

Rapidly rethinking disparate apps that do similar things, into one app that does it all.

RESULTS:

Thrillworks reduced the launch timeline by 50% while unifying the design, architecture and tech stack.

When this healthcare client approached us, they had multiple sensor monitoring apps that needed consolidation, and they trusted our process from a previous project. Their internal team estimated a three-year timeline for their proposed project, but we both knew that this was too long for this industry.

What we did:

Crafted scalable architecture

Development-ready UI and copy

Functioning software

We partnered with the client and built out the different systems and architecture, but quickly realized the work could be much stronger if we brought it all together. With most of the groundwork already in place, our focus shifted to unifying the concepts into a single architecture while enhancing the user experience. This required a collaborative approach, blending our team and theirs through workshops and ruthless prioritization.

Thanks to our process, the trust we built, and the alignment we achieved, we're set to launch this new app in half the time their team projected.

The result: a smarter way of building features and apps on an architecture made to grow.
